Can I purchase the online subscription and the physical products (DVD sets, books, flashcards) at the same time?
Unfortunately our system doesn’t allow us to create and process physical material orders and online subscription orders together. Both sold separately. Physical products (DVDs, CDs, books, flashcards, posters, etc…) are available for purchase at the Dino Lingo Website.
How long does my subscription last?
A subscription to the Dino Lingo Online Learning Portal lasts for 1 year. The program automatically renews at the end of the 12 month term. If you wish not to continue your subscription, you can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your digital subscription at any time by emailing Customer Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your subscription in 48 hours.
Whats your return / refund policy?
