If you receive an error message throughout the checkout process, these are possible causes:

I just ordered a set through your website. I received an email confirming my purchase, but there is no shipping information attached.

Typically, it takes up to 72 hours for us to ship a package. Dino Lingo will provide an additional email from Paypal with your tracking information upon shipping your order.

I just ordered a set. I may have made a mistake. Can I change my order?

Please contact Dino Lingo as soon as possible. Once a package has been shipped, Dino Lingo is not liable for it's delivery.
