How to change your email address, name, password

CHANGING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

• Login here
• Go to your Dashboard (Top right)
• Select My Profile
• Click Edit
• Change your email address and save.

CHANGING YOUR NAME 

• Login here
• Go to your Dashboard (Top right)
• Select My Profile
• Click Edit
• Change your name, last name and save.

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD

• Login here
• Go to your Dashboard (Top right)
• Select My Profile
• Click “Change password” option. 
• Enter the new password and Submit

For enhanced security, please adhere to the following guidelines when creating a new password:

• Length: Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
• Capital Letter: Include at least one uppercase letter.
• Numeric Character: Ensure at least one number is present.
• Special Symbol: Add one or more of these symbols: ! @ # $ % ^ & *
• The password has been changed. Next time make sure to use the new password to login.
