How to reset or delete reports?

This option is available for parents who want to clear their children’s reports in order to start with a clean slate.

Please note that when you delete reports, all previous activity and progress is deleted from the database. There is no going back after this. 

In order to reset reports, you need have a parent PIN on your account. This prevents kids from deleting the reports accidentally.

1st Step:

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Click on Profile
3. Click on Edit Profile
4. Add a pin (4 digit)

2nd Step:

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Select the user
3. On the left menu, click on Curriculum
4. On the left menu, click on Delete Reports

This will delete all reports and the progress will restart from 0%.
