1. Can I update my monthly subscription to a yearly plan with the 35% Black Friday discount?

Yes, this option is available if you subscribed through our website using a credit/debit card.

You can upgrade your monthly Dinolingo subscription to an annual plan at any time without losing your progress. Any remaining time in your current monthly billing cycle will be credited toward your new plan. (See screenshots below for details).

1. Visit the Stripe Customer Portal, and enter your email to receive the login link.
2. Once logged in, click the “Update Subscription” button.
3. Select the Annual Subscription option.
4. Enter the promo code BIGSALE35Y at the last step to apply the 35% discount, reducing the price from $199 to $129.35/year.

2. I subscribed last year during Black Friday. Will my subscription renew at the same price this year?
Yes, your subscription will renew at the same discounted price if you’ve subscribed to during the Black Friday sale last year.

3. What if I forgot to enter the coupon code (or it does not apply) during the Black Friday sale?
You have two options:

1. Cancel your subscription and resubscribe using the coupon code. Since you are in the 7-day period you were not charged yet anyways.
2. Email us after 7 days (after you’ve been charged), and we can manually refund the 35% difference. Please allow a few days for processing refunds, as this is our busiest time of the year.

4. I have an annual subscription that renews next year (after the sale). Can I still take advantage of the Black Friday discount?

Yes, you can purchase a gift subscription during the Black Friday sale, and we can manually add one year to your existing subscription. Buy Gift Subscription here and enter the code: “BIGSALE35-GIFT” .

5. I have a monthly subscription and paid through Android, iOS, or PayPal. Can I still take advantage of the Black Friday discount?

Yes, but you’ll need to cancel your subscription on the respective platform and resubscribe on our website using the same email address. Please ensure you use the same email; otherwise, your progress may not carry over.

Keep in mind that you won’t receive credit for any remaining time on your monthly subscription, as refunds and proration are managed by each platform, and we have no control over this process.
