Cancelling

How can I cancel or discontinue my subscription?

Cancellation is easy. Just login to your account and go to your subscriptions. Now click "cancel" button. Thats it.

This action will cancel the auto billing option, it will keep your subscription active until the end of the period and you won't be charged again.

What is auto-billing?

For your convenience monthly, 6 months and 1 year subscription plans automatically renew, which can be canceled online anytime. This option will automatically renew your subscription for another term. 

I just received a reminder email,

Our system automatically sends reminder emails 7/30 days before a renewal.

If you wish not to keep your subscription please cancel. First login to your account and go to your subscriptions. Now click "cancel" button. 

If you wish to keep your subscription there is no need to do anything.

My subscription just renewed

I want to cancel but I cannot login

If you are not sure which email address you used, or have no longer access to your old email address, you can email us your information which could help us to locate your account, once we find it we can manually cancel your subscription for you.

On your email; please include your name or any associated name could be on the account, the language course you subscribed, and if you have the transaction date and/or the amount OR a bank record (with a date).

I canceled but changed my mind, Can I re-subscribe?

Once you cancel your subscription's auto-billing, it cannot be renewed online. We would recommend you to re-subscribe again which is very easy.

Login to your account, select the language course you want to subscribe. This time you only need to enter your payment info. Thats it, please contact us if you need any assistance re-subscribing.

I want to update my credit card info

Login to your account and go to your subscriptions. Now click "update" button next to cancel button. Enter your new credit card info and click update. Thats it.
