How to report a problem?
We have a new feature on the site where you can report specific problems or issues encountered in your language course. This feature is available on the website (not the app).
- No or incorrect audio
- No text/ incorrect text
- No image/ incorrect image
- Click on the bug icon to report a problem (bottom right)
2. Enter the issue / problem information and submit
