How can I access my account information?

Use the top dropdown menu. My Account > Profile.
You can only see this option if you are logged in, please make sure to log in first.

 

Forgot password?

No worries. Resetting your password is easy, just follow these simple steps:

  • My Account > Login.
  • “Forgot password”.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click on “Request Password” button.

You should receive an email with a “reset password” link shortly.

How can I change my password?

Yes, use the top dropdown menu. My account > Profile. You can change your password.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, use the top dropdown menu. My Account >Profile.
On your “Member Area” you can update your name, last name and the email address.
Enter your new email address and click on “submit”. Its changed.
Next time make sure to log in with the new email address because old one won’t be recognized anymore.

 

Can I change my language course?

Unfortunately it is impossible to change the language course.
If you want to subscribe to a different language course, please contact us first.
We may be able to provide you a great discount code for your second language course.
 

What is the annual subscription?

Annual subscription is a yearly recurring subscription.
If you wish not want to renew next year, just cancel your auto-billing option.
 

What is the two-year subscription?

Two year subscription is one time subscription.
If you wish to renew, you need to re-subscribe.
 

Can I add more language courses?

Yes, you can add as many languages as you wish.
Go to the “sign up – subscribe” page, select the language course and re-enter your payment information.
You will still keep the same login name and password for all courses.
 

Can I upgrade from single language to multi language subscription?

Yes, we will need to do this manually. Just go ahead and subscribe to “full license” and we will refund you for the difference.

 

How can I cancel or discontinue my subscription?

If you do not want to renew, just cancel your auto-billing. That way,

  • Your subscription will stay active until the expiration day.
  • But it won’t be renewed and you won’t be charged again next year.

How to cancel: My Account > Subscriptions > Cancel.

Please note: Paypal customers, please cancel your subscription on your paypal account.

  1. Go to your Paypal Profile > Settings
  2. My money > My preapproved payments > Update
  3. Find “Dino Lingo” > click Cancel.

 

Do you have a return policy?

All annual and two-year subscriptions include “7-day Return Policy”.

If you wish to get a refund:

1) First, cancel your subscription.

2) Then email us at info@dinolingo.com within 7 days.

Email subject: 7 day Refund. Please include your account information:

  • a) Your email address.
  • b) The language course.
  • c) Subscription date.

Your money will be refunded 2 to 4 days after we receive your email.

After 7 days there are no full or partial refunds issued. Also, there is no refund policy for monthly subscriptions.

If you wish not to continue, just cancel your subscription and you won’t be billed again.
