- If you wish to cancel your account, you don’t need to login to our site, Go to our Customer portal instead.
If you can login on the APP but not on the website:
Open the app and click on the menu. Select ‘My Info‘ and use the same email for website login.

- Make sure you’re using the same email address you used during signup (search your inbox for “Welcome to Dinolingo” email.
- Email Typos: In 1% of cases, there’s a typo in the email entered during signup.
