Your questions, answered.

What does SOC 2 Type II mean?

SOC 2 is a framework for reporting on an organization’s controls. A Type II report covers both the design of those controls and how they operated over a defined period. For the specific scope and audit period of Dinolingo’s report, request access through our Trust Center.

Where can I find Dinolingo’s report?

Visit the Dinolingo Trust Center and request access to the SOC 2 Type II report. The report is available through an access request, rather than a public download.

Can schools request security documents?

Yes. The Trust Center includes our SOC 2 Type II report, information security policies and a HECVAT self-assessment. You can also visit our Documents page for vendor information.

Where can I learn about privacy and data handling?

Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. The Trust Center also lists security controls and subprocessors.
