How to order?
- Step 1: Click here to purchase a gift subscription. During checkout, enter the recipient’s name and email address. You can also add a message.
- Step 2: After the purchase, both you and the recipient will receive a gift code by email.
- Step 3: The recipient clicks the “Redeem Gift Code” button in the email or visits the Dinolingo website and enters the gift code.
They will create a Dinolingo account, and the gift code will automatically apply a 100% discount for one full year. - Optional: You can download your invoice or receipt at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Are gift purchases refundable?
Yes. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen. All gift purchases come with a 7-day refund policy. To receive a full refund, the gift buyer must email us within 7 days of purchase.
Do gift cards ever expire?
Yes. Normally gift purchases expire after 1 year if they are not used. If the gift has not been redeemed, the gift buyer can email us even after one year, and we can manually extend the gift for an additional year.
What if I want to continue using Dinolingo after 1 year with a gift card?
You can simply purchase another gift card from Dinolingo. There is no need to register again. Instead of redeeming the new code, please email us, and we will manually add another year to your existing account, ensuring no progress is lost.
How do I sign up with a gift card?
After the gift purchase is completed, both the gift buyer and the gift recipient receive the same email, which includes a gift barcode (gift code). To redeem your gift:
- Visit our website and go to the Subscription page
- Click “Redeem Gift Code”
- Enter your gift code and complete signup
Your 1-year subscription begins once the gift code is redeemed, and you can access both the website and the app for a full year.
